Warranty and Returns

At DigitalTech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a limited warranty on all of our products and a hassle-free returns policy.

 

Warranty:
All of our products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to replace it for you.

 

Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns:
We may accept returns of goods without incurring a restocking fee if the item(s) meet all the following criteria:

  • The product has not been opened
  • The product is not a special order product
  • The product is not in large quantity (greater than 3 units)
  • The product value is less than $100
  • The product is returned within 5 business days of purchase

 

All change of mind / non-faulty returns (even those within the above criteria) are subject to DigitalTech's inspection & final approval.
The final credit or refund provided will be based on the lesser value of either the original purchase price or current selling price.

We do not accept any change of mind / non-faulty returns of any opened and used products that may breach the health & safety regulations such as headsets, ear pieces, chairs and headphones.
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and process your refund or replacement.  Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning an item.
 
Troubleshooting & Support:
Our products are sold as is and do not include any provision of support on how to install, setup and use the products. To avoid any additional fees, before returning any products, we recommend that you personally attempt to troubleshoot your issue first as best you can by following the manufacturers guideline (assuming you are comfortable and have the knowledge required) and document the steps you have taken, so that we may be able to provide more efficient support and direction. Often additional support is offered directly by the manufacturer. Please check the table above for more information if this is available. DigitalTech is only be able to offer limited technical support and if any additional support is required then it may be offered to our customer at a chargeable hourly rate.
